Yes, we welcome our customers from all over the world to visit our warehouses. If it is not convient for you, we can send you pictures or videos upon request.

Can I pay for my order in instalments?

For in stock miners, you need to pay in full amount.
For the pre orders, we can accept 50%~80% deposit first, and will infrom you to pay the balance before shipment.

If the problem cannot be resolved remotely, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the device to our center for repair.
